I provided an estimate and the customer accepted it. We are installing a Five Star 80% 80k BTU Up-Flow Gas Furnace and a Five Star 13 SEER, 3 Ton Air Conditioner
Upon arrival I noticed capacitor was too small for unit, I replaced capacitor and unit is no longer overheating!
I completed a diagnostic service call on an air conditioner. I determined the outdoor capacitors to be going out of spec. I provided options to the customer to have said issue resolved. Customer is approving and the repair is being scheduled for coming week.

I completed a diagnostic service call on an air conditioner. I found the issue to have been related to the storm. I determined that the connections were secure and went over options w/ the customer. All is operational upon departure.
I completed a diagnostic on a Rheem gas furnace. I found that the depth of the fan blade needed adjusted and the drain on the furnace was plugged. I adjusted the depth of the fan blade and cleared the drain out. I recommended a tune up in the Fall as this is an older system. Operating normally at this time.
