DISCOVERING HUBER HEIGHTS, OH
Huber Heights is a large suburban city in Montgomery and Miami counties in Ohio. Huber Heights’ motto is “A city with a vision, come grow with us!” The city is named for Charles Huber, the developer who constructed a number of houses that would later compose the city. Huber Heights is the third largest suburb in the Dayton Area by population, behind Kettering and Beavercreek. The population of Huber Heights is around 40,000 with over 10,000 families residing in the suburb. The median age of residents is 37 years old.
Huber Heights is a family town with great schools. There are many activities for kids and adults to partake in ‘The Heights.’ Between Farmer’s Market every Saturday during summer, Kroger Aquatic Center, and senior center activities, there’s something for everyone.

I installed a Five Star 16 SEER, 3 Ton Air Conditioner
I completed a diagnostic on a Lennox Air Conditioner. I determined that the fan motor had failed and unit will need refrigerant. Part forms were completed upon customer approval.
I completed a service call for an air conditioner. I determined the unit was operational upon my departure.
After removing the gas furnace and air conditioner, I installed a Five Star 96% 60,000 BTU Gas Furnace and a Five Star 13 SEER 2.5 Ton Air Conditioner. Cycled and monitored the system. Operating normally at this time.
I completed the spring tune up on a Carrier air conditioner. I visually inspected the furnace. Checked voltage and amps. I inspected the evaporator coil. I checked the temperature difference across the coil. Checked refrigerant charge, voltages and amps. I rinsed the condenser coils with water. Cycled and monitored the system. Operating normally at this time.
Leak Search. Leak was located due to heavy oil deposit in and around the flex at the vapor line service port system was extremely low added refrigerant to a sub cool of 10 F. System is operating upon departure
