DISCOVERING CENTERVILLE, OH
Centerville is a city in Montgomery County, Ohio, part of the Dayton metropolitan area, 34 miles south of the heart of Springfield. Centerville has a population of around 30,000 with half of the residents being married couples.
The Town Hall Theatre is located in the heart of Centerville and has been serving the community for over 70 years. Town Hall Theatre is dedicated to the presentation of theater for young audiences and presents about eight to ten shows per season.

Customer had a previous company conduct a tuneup. They suggested he have the blower cleaned. He was unhappy with precious company. Stated they continually were trying to sell him new equipment or services. Stated a salesman would always show up with the technician. Pulled and cleaned motor. Reinstalled and restarted. Confirmed blower was blowing air. System was operational and heating the house hoping departure.
I arrived to a diagnostic service call. Upon arrival customer advised that furnace would start but he never heard the blower kick on. After inspection found inducer starting but no ignition. Ohmed out Ignitor and it was reading O.L. After pulling Ignitor could physically see crack in center of Ignitor. Replaced Ignitor and started furnace. Allowed to run approximately 15 minutes and then cycled with no further issues. Temp rise at 50 degrees. Furnace operational upon departure.
I completed the scheduled maintenance agreement heating tune up on a Lennox furnace. I visually inspected the unit. Checked voltages, amps and pressures. Completed combustion analysis. Cycled and monitored system. The system is operational at the time of departure.
